The apartment was cleaned and organised. The fact that it has a mini kitchen area with all the essential utensils inside the room helps a lot. We arrived very late and the late time check in with 24 hours reception service is simply amazing - in our case they didn’t charge for this, we informed by message we would arrive late due to a flight delay and they answered quickly saying it was no problem for them to wait for us. Also, shout out to the daily time staff that was really nice to us, they even borrowed us a phone charger and saved us!

We received the most warm welcome on arrival. The room was superb and exceeded our expectations. A lot of thought had gone into the needs of travellers staying just a few days. A small thing, but there was a retractable washing line over the bath which made things so much easier for washing out smalls. The beds were very comfy, the location to the Metro and supermarkets excellent and the hotel area very quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Most of the staff were friendly, some didn't speak much English, but with my limited French we managed to communicate OK. The location is a little away from main areas we visited, but with a low cost 3 day tube pass and the station only a short walk, getting to where we wanted to be was easy.
